Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unburned candle for a different fragrance, please return your candle to the address below and write the desired candle fragrance on your packing slip.

We will process the exchange and charge you for the shipping charges.

Returns
You can return an unburned candle for a refund (not including original shipping costs) within 15 days of receiving it. Please return eligible items to the address below with the reason for the return and your packing slip. We will email you confirmation once we receive the candle and process your refund. Gifts sets cannot be returned unless damaged.

Exchanges and returns must be sent back to the WixandWax Candles within 15 days of receiving your order to:

Damaged Candles If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email Wix.n.wax0@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you.
